This year our Member full ticket price is £510.00 and a single day ticket is priced at £105.00, with reduced rates for students
and retired members. Further discounts are available during the booking process when you share your room with another delegate or partner.

Make your Conference booking online
This link will take you to the conference booking login page. IMI Members must then use their existing member login details to ensure they receive the preferential rates. Non-members will need to register.
If you wish to share your accommodation with another delegate (and both of you benefit from reduced ticket prices)
please choose one or more of the ‘shared ticket’ options when you have entered the system, and follow the directions, (only
valid if another delegate books a similar ticket and your respective share partners name is shown in each of the booking
'Notes’ boxes).
If you wish to share your accommodation with a non-delegate please choose one of the standard ticket options and
follow the directions for ‘room sharing’ (you will be required to enter the name of your room share partner in the booking‘Notes’ box).
The system allows you to choose various items and hold them in a ‘Cart’, which you may leave in the system and return to
and change if you wish, you will only be asked for payment and your order confirmed (interim) when you proceed to ‘Checkout’.
At ‘Checkout’, if you wish to pay by Invoice (i.e. Official Order’) you will be required to enter a valid Order Number, you must have this number available before you proceed to checkout. Other payment options are:PayPal, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Visa Delta), debit cards, bank transfer (internet or telephone banking) and by cheque.

Please note that your Conference Booking will only be confirmed (final) when we have received your payment in full.
