Fellowship of the Institute recognises excellent abilities and skills and is its highest distinction of the Institute. Applications may be made by Members of the Institute with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

The final schedule for Trade Exhibitors is now available from the right hand menu. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to highlight a key product or service to delegates. To host a 15-minute mini-workshop at your stand, please contact the Conference Trade Team.

The Professional Trade Exhibition and Workshop sessions run throughout Friday 14th September, with early access and set-up available to those Professional Corporate Trade members and companies arriving on the Thursday night.

This is a tremendous opportunity to exhibit and present at an event where many Heads of Medical Illustration Services will be in attendance from across the country. Held annually in the UK, the conference is the only one of its kind, encapsulating each strand of the medical illustration profession, namely photography, design and print, and video production services within the healthcare environment.

Our venue is the Glasgow Marriott Hotel, situated adjacent to the M8, providing direct and easy access by road. Glasgow International Airport is only 8 miles west and Prestwick 35 miles southwest from the hotel with regular transport links to each. Glasgow Queen Street and Central Railway Stations are both a very short taxi ride away. Full directions can be found here.

Access to the Professional Exhibition area is via ramped loading bays, leading directly into the Professional Exhibition Area; no lifts or stairs you’ll be delighted to hear! A floor plan of the Trade Exhibition can be downloaded here (or see Related Downloads to right).
