A comprehensive photographic body atlas for clinical photographers has been produced by the Shrewsbury Group, a forum of senior medical illustrators from the West Midlands.
The handbook aims to clearly set out and standardise 107 basic views encompassing the majority of clinical specialities, and includes information on consent, confidentiality and infection control. It provides a valuable resource for all clinical photographers and particularly in the training and assessment of trainees.
The handbook can be ordered using the order form on the right hand menu. All proceeds from sales are credited to the West Midlands Training Fund, to benefit the training of medical illustrators.
