Delegates’ Handbook
There is space in the Delegates’ Handbook for each exhibitor to have up to a page of information about their company. Please send copy for this to us in good time.

When you have booked a place, we’ll put your logo on the conference website with a link to your website and a description of your company. Please let us have a short description as soon as possible after booking.

Delegates’ packs
All exhibiting companies may give us promotional literature to put into the delegates’ packs at no extra charge. Please let the Trade Exhibition Team know what you will be sending, as this material will have to arrive at the hotel by Wednesday morning, 5th October.

Bringing your stand and equipment in
On arrival, go to the car park on the left, in front of the Conference Centre. You can take wheeled trolleys and carts down the disabled access ramp and through the main reception doors. The Trade Exhibition area is straight ahead of you, on the other side of the water feature (Conference Room on the left, Salisbury on the right).
