Thank you for booking to attend the 47th Annual IMI Conference 2014 and we look forward to welcoming you to the Bristol Royal Marriott Hotel this week.
Our theme this year is “Creativity” and we hope that you will take away a reignited creative spirit. Creativity is useful, not only in delivering creative media products, but also in delivering innovative solutions and service improvements that meet the very real challenges that the health sector and our profession face. We hope you will agree that the programme we have set reflects this and we hope you enjoy it.
The Royal Marriott Hotel is situated in College Green at heart of Bristol. The postcode for those using sat navs is BS1 5TA. The underground car park is accessed by a ramp to the left of the hotel main entrance. On check in at hotel reception you must make sure they have a record of your vehicle registration number to take advantage of the free car parking offer for all our delegates.
Hotel check in time is 4.00 pm on whichever day you arrive. You can leave your luggage with the hotel team, checkout is no later than 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
We are pleased to confirm that there will be a drinks promotion on Friday night and a 10% discount on house drinks on Saturday evening.
For those arriving on Thursday 2nd, there will be a get together in the bar, the conference team would be delighted to meet you there from 9.00 pm.
Friday and Saturday registration opens at 8.00 am.
On Friday our Trade exhibition opens at 8.30 am in the Kings Room, please remember to get your Trade Passport fully stamped in order to be in with a chance of winning the fantastic Nikon Coolpix L29, kindly donated to us by Nikon UK Limited.
You will also have a chance to win a break at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel in our prize draw.

Check - in is from 4.00 pm. However, you can check in on arrival and the hotel will store your luggage and place it into bedrooms once they are ready for you. Check out is no later than 12.00 noon and again the hotel will store all luggage until you are ready to leave.
