Fellowship of the Institute recognises excellent abilities and skills and is its highest distinction of the Institute. Applications may be made by Members of the Institute with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

Direct debit

In response to significant demand from our members, we are now offering direct debit as a new way to pay your annual subscription by monthly installments. This is a convenient way to spread your subscription payments, as we will no longer be accepting staged credit card or cheque payments, due to the high administrative overheads. You will still be able to pay your subscription in one lump sum by card, cheque or invoice but direct debit is a much more convenient way to spread your payments over the year.

If you would like to take up the option of paying by direct debit, you will need to download the form and either email a pdf to me at the address below, or post it to our registered offices at the following address: Eazipay Ltd re Institute of Medical Illustrators, 12 Coldbath Square, London, EC1R 5HL

So if you want to take advantage of this new method of spreading your payments over the year, please complete and send the form promptly. The form can be downloaded from the link on the right.

The monthly payments will be as follows:

  • Students, members 1st year after qualifying, retired and special - 12 x £4.83 = £57.96
  • Members 2nd year after qualifying - 12 x £6.50 = £78.00
  • Members, Associates and Fellows - 12 x £8.16 = £97.92
  • Corporate sustaining members - 12 x £19 = £228.00
