It is with sadness that we report the death of Keith Duguid of Bearsden, Glasgow, Scotland on Thursday the 5th of March 2015. Keith's funeral is on Friday at 2pm.

The Centre of Biomedical Visualization of Bologna University (formerly Scuola Superiore di Disegno Anatomico) and AEIMS (Association Européenne des Illustrateurs Médicaux et Scientifiques) are proud to introduce the first edition of the Giliola Gamberini Award. The aim of the Prize, named after Giliola Gamberini, is to keep alive her work and memory, while promoting the profession of medical-scientific illustrator and the use of illustrations in a clinical and professional setting.
