Call for papers
Content will reflect on the health and wellbeing of patients and staff and how the profession can move forwards in a post-COVID-19 world. Delegates will have the chance to enhance their professional practice and expertise by attending sessions that demonstrate and offer insights into different working methods, new technologies and skill development.
The team are working hard to produce an exciting programme of presentations, workshops and trade exhibitors over the two days, but we would also like to hear from you! If you have a success story, cautionary tale, innovation or point of view to share, submit a call for papers to firstname.lastname@example.org by 31st March 2021.
The beautiful Wyboston Lakes Resort is nestled in amongst a 340-acres site and is conveniently located off the A1 in between Bedford and Cambridge. For those wishing to extend their stay over the weekend, why not play a round of golf, indulge in the health & leisure centre or even try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding or jet skiing (all subject to COVID-19 restrictions)! A range of great days out are also possible, such as the Shuttleworth Museum, Peterborough Cathedral and Whipsnade Zoo.
Awards and Prizes
The annual awards banquet will take place in the Willows Conference Centre on Friday 01 October, where certificates and prizes will be presented to this years’ winners. More information about the awards available can be found here.
Due to current, legal, social distancing restrictions, there is extremely limited ticket availability. We sincerely hope as the year progresses, rules will be relaxed, at which point we will be able to release more tickets. The Conference planning team will be in constant communication with the hotel to assess availability. In the meantime, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
At this time, companies will be limited to booking a trade stand with one representative only.
Only delegates booking a day ticket are also currently able to book an evening banquet ticket. A small number of banquet tickets will be reserved to allow award winners to attend the evening if they are unable to attend the day.
We are unfortunately unable to accept banquet bookings from Trade companies/ representatives at this time.
A waiting list system will be in place and venue capacity will be reviewed regularly with updates sent out when we are in a position to release more tickets.
