In accordance with the Articles of Association notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Medical Illustrators will be held on Friday 4th October 2024 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport, Herald Way, Pegasus Business Park, Derby DE742TZ.
Meeting documents will be added to the IMI website in due course. Please read them carefully in order that maximum time may be devoted to discussion. All documents and reports will be supplemented and updated where necessary at the meeting. For clarification of any matter prior to the meeting, you are invited to contact the signatory of the report or proposal concerned, or any officer or member of the Council of the Institute.
Note this is a private meeting and only eligible members may attend.
An eligible member is one whose subscription is paid up to date.
Voting is restricted to the following grades of membership: Fellow, Honorary Fellows, Professional Members, Students and Retired Members.
