The Institute of Medical Illustrators is sad to report the recent death of Dame Fiona Caldicott.
Dame Fiona was the first National Data Guardian, whose work over many years leaves a lasting legacy for our patients and service users.
Dame Fiona is survived by her husband Robert Caldicott and daughter Lucy.
