Geraldine Thompson Receives Regional Lifetime Achievement Award

The Institute of Medical Illustrators (IMI) is delighted to congratulate Geraldine Thompson on receiving a prestigious Regional (North West) Lifetime Achievement Award from NHS England and the Academy for Healthcare Science.
The award recognises Geraldine’s outstanding contribution to healthcare and her profession over a remarkable 30-year NHS career, including 20 years serving in the North West of England at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT).
Speaking about the recognition, Geraldine said:
“I am proud to share I received a Regional (North West) Lifetime Achievement Award from NHS England and the Academy for Healthcare Science yesterday. Alongside other deserving colleagues, my career spans 30 years in the NHS and a profession I love and advocate for. Twenty of those years have been in the North West of England and at MFT.”
