The nomination came from Lesley Hadley, Chief AHP/HCS at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh (WWL) who recognised Andrea’s exceptional service to the profession and the Trust, and the impact she has had on developing services at WWL.

“I’m honoured to be recognised for my contribution to the profession”, says Andrea, who is thrilled to be nominated, and a finalist awards. “I have worked in Medical Illustration for 35 years, starting as a trainee in 1990. It’s wonderful to see our profession and its vital role in the patient journey being acknowledged”
