We are sorry to report the passing of Raymond Ellsworth Lund on the 16 February 2024.
Ray was an Emeritus member of the Biocommunications Association (BCA) in the USA and was president of the BCA from 1993-95. He welcomed many IMI members to US conferences and will be warmly remembered.
He was also an IMI member and was made IMI Honorary Fellow in 1994.
Ray was the husband of the late Sandra “Sande” Jane Lund (nee Waitz); father of Stacy Joy Lund Levy and her husband Mark and the late Kirk Raymond Lund and a cherished grandfather.
