In accordance with the Articles of Association notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Medical Illustrators will be held at 16.15 on Friday 2nd October 2026 in the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel, Beardmore St, Glasgow, Clydebank G81 4SA.
Meeting documents will be added to the IMI website in due course. Please read them carefully in order that maximum time may be devoted to discussion. All documents and reports will be supplemented and updated where necessary at the meeting. For clarification of any matter prior to the meeting, you are invited to contact the signatory of the report or proposal concerned, or any officer or member of the Council of the Institute.
Note this is a private meeting and only eligible members may attend.
An eligible member is one whose subscription is paid up to date.
Voting is restricted to the following grades of membership: Fellow, Honorary Fellows, Professional Members, Students and Retired Members.
